Im super pissed yesterday with SOMEBODY.

She accused me of something that i never did... end up she found that its a misunderstanding and shes in the wrong but never even apologise or wad.
Now i understand whats it like to be doubt by others.. and also sometimes u give ur best but the result is often not what u want. u seek recognition but end up u receive unecessary suspicions accusations etc. Not that i want to blow up the matter but its a matter of integrity, if u dun trust my character how can u trust the way i teach? its ridiulous. I give u respect but end up this is what i get.. i dun regret standing up for what i think is right... and i will deal with it professionally.

On the other hand, im not gonna dwell in bitterness and resentment~ everyone make mistakes i take it as her slip this time. But if theres gonna be another time, i swear i will not tolerate it because i feel that if theres no trust than whats the point seriously. I am conscious free and God knows what im doing and i feel thats sufficient for me. The world is not perfect and so do the people living in it. Yah.. musn't let it affect my mood. I read somewhere that circumstances don't determine our destiny, its our attitude that determines our destiny. So yah.. im gonna choose a right attitude ! =)

i must embark on something exciting and fruitful this 4 mths break i promise!! =)

Sometimes life throws us a tune, and we r forced to dance with it

Have u experience something that u tried so hard to hold but somehow u find that its beyond your control? It seems so close to your heart but yet a familiar fear grips u at every corner. Just when you thought u r holding it so well, a slight move will threaten to bring everything back to where it has started.

A lie is the best way to hurt somebody close at your heart. It doesnt matter what the lie is about.. but whats he/she is trying to hide and why? If the truth hurts even greater, will u even brave urself to hear it?

If someone close lies to you. will u remain silent n pretend nth happen? or will u confront n risk destroying e relationship? i chose the latter.

Even if it feels horrible, i just cant pretend it nv happened/ isn't happening. Nor can i control my emotions.. if not for the fact that all of u matters so much to me.

i guess im abit burnt out.. cos i gave tuition continuously for 3 days.. SAT-MON. so abit sians. and slightly deprived of shopping. den again i realised im so bloody BROKE. so i kinda window shop abit n bought accessories from F21. i just love the outlet at 313... seeings tons of accessories certainly makes me go weak in my knees.. LOL.

first week of sch

im gonna revamp my blog... new blogskin plz.. more regular updates plz

i shall put in more effort in like managing my blog.. motivates me to rant abt my days n keep memories of 2010 .. hopefully an exciting & fruitful year?

School was pretty alright except for the shitty timetable and long breaks.. but made better by the happy & great company of sy n cat!! haaa... but i predict those slacking n chatting sessions will be greatly reduced once our assignment n projs kicks in which i guess will be 2 weeks frm now? lets jus enjoy n relax while we can ok. do not worry abt tmr as tmr aready has its own worries always!

im falling in love with my new cam CASIO.. bye bye CANON.. rest in peace ya. hee.

today is pretty much a free saturday for me as my tuition is cancelled. super nan de lor. i can have the whole saturday to me myself & i. gonna finish up some hmwk & prepare my tuition materials.. shall not slack off my precious saturday!!!

i have super craving to play MAJONG. thinking of DYE-ING my hair but still deciding on the cOlor, what color is nice? wanna get a new SPECTS and buy new year clothes.. $$$.. my pay is coming only next week which seems so long lor...

i prefer my hair to be more volume... it is so flat!

its coming to the end of the year.. cant believe we r waving goodbye to 2009.. sobz. cos next year we'll be a freaking 23 years old. so damn OLD. hais.

intending to come out with a list of resolution for e new year! but well resolution is like wishes, will they ever come to past? Nevertheless.. heres wad i hope to work towards in 2010

- run regularly like thrice/week? (i think i can do tt)
- mug consistently dont procrastinate
- save $$ (this resolution is 4eva unattainable for some reasons)
- dilligent in giving tuitions which can help me achieve pt 3
- plan for short trip with family (back to pt 3)
- sort out my thoughts~

i noe this doesnt seem fair to you. I am fearful of things that is not happening. I am too stress over uncertainty that lingers longer than it should. it's just that i don understand myself sometimes, what am i thinking?but if time is the answer, i would bet on it.

projects sometimes make us want to tear our hair OUT!

i must say this sem i have a problem with group work. not only me but many of my good friends face this too... seemingly working with "NEW" people. but this is strange since in dip ed we also work with ppl who we initially don noe and subsequently became friends. everythg was smooth n good n whole lot of fun. at least it was for me la.

Maybe its not the nature of the people. but instead. groupwork brings out their "other" side of people i guess. For me, i guess my nature n my work style kinda coincide. i may be slack at times but when it comes to work, i guess its only fair if we all give our best, if possible. I personally feel that it will be good if everyone in the group knows fully what e hell is going on in the whole project and not just snapshots of it. its quite meaningless la although some may not agree with me.

Being pissed won't solve the problem. Worrying won't solve e problem. Complaining don't solve the problem - although it does make me feel better.

Doing something to improve the project on my part does help to solve the problem! I guess thats the best i can do. Im not gonna let stupid project (mates' attitude) ruin my day... SERIOUSLY. i got more impt stuff to worry like my *nails. it's just not worth it la.

SY says im just finding excuses for them for simple thgs like replying a msg and accepting others' view.

well... i'll just have to be wiser next time (open my eyes BIGGER). we all learn.
my friend says "its an 'art' to do project".
i totally agrees~

thank goodness thats the last PROJECT.
working with the right people really makes a difference, even if the grade isn't fantastic, at least it was meaningful n FUN n worth my time n effort.

i was @ vivo for a freaking 12 hours yest. more than 8 hrs was spent @ pacific coffee.

unbelievably true. was doing my assignment before my group mems sak & amy came for our project meeting. we were quite stress (we still are) intitally cos shaun is like so unpredictable & has high expectations for us.

i guess through our nonsense and lame jokes and mad laughters, we actually manage to see some light at the end of the project. its like critical thinking finally surfacing somehow. HAHA. scary.

and to reward ourselves. we actually went to catch midnight movie.. "The Ugly Truth". lol.

Reseach shows that if you do something for consecutively for 5 weeks. You are most likely to continue doing that.However, 3 weeks is all u need to break that habit. Anything that becomes a habit will allow us to do the task with much ease since it's somehow wired in our schedule and has found a comfortable nestling spot.

Having said that, i need to persevere more than 3 weeks to quit a bad habit.
and 5 weeks to cultivate a good habit.

i need to start all my READINGS this weekend and i need to do that every week. at least for 5 weeks. hahaha.

degree modules are really different. all so chim. and the tutorials also so vague looking at the mountains of notes we have to cover every week. we all agreed thats its more of independent learning. Being not the kiasu type... i really need to brush up my studying attitude =(. i haven started anythinh *panic. everyone looks like they know-it-almost-all. *more panic

Been giving tuitions like almost everyday cos of their CA2. stress. but it's worth it!

tuition is somehow a venue for me to release stress. haha. somehow it gives me the enjoyment of teaching and also getting paid yet need not mark like crazy nor do lesson plans nor plan cca activities nor deal with at-risk children nor politics. just pure teaching and learning and monitoring... how nice if thats what's required of schoolteachers.

Sadly, i don think that will be realised in reality (sch).

Meanwhile, i should just brave myself through this 2 YEARS being a hardworking student as well as a hardworking tutor. HEE.

As im doing relief classes now.. i totally dread days w/o relief.. super bored. But all thanks to the health promotion board (till next week), haha i get to help out at the different stations when im free. if not i cant stand doing nothing. if not i will chat with the teachers ard.. think they know im quite free! Just finished my 2 tuitions today. Felt so gd to know that the $$ is coming in and at a gd rate. haha. all thanks to a nice friend of mine that recommended me to this assignment. nowadays, economy so bad, some parents not willing to pay the market rate for trained teachers. i hope mayb i can find one more student. For now, its sufficient.

hmm.. well the holidays are here again.. with much anticipation since this period was bogged down by so much work especially last week... where the teacher im supposed to learn from was MC for one whole week.. and i pratically did every thing for her... lessons, report books everything u name it... every teacher knows the last week of school is the most hectic and im all by myself... thankfully the p1 teachers were helpful enough to check with me if i need any help.. good learning experience ... i just hope she won just leave everything aside without properly passing over the stuffs needed for next sem...

Mon was quite eventful for me since i had meeting for the first time in sch from 8-5am afterwhich still met up for farewell dinner for RY's trip to US. super shagged. i was pratically stoning at dinner. eventful as in i am being selected for the degree programme... meaning i had to study for 2 more years.. it really came as a surprise to me.. i never really thought abt this. All along , i thought i will nv have to make this decision cos i won be that lucky to be selected.. n the selcting criteria were so shitty and secretive...

To be truthful... i was happy only because i have a choice to be a STUDENT again for 2 years instead of slogging real hard for a meagre pay now. i miss the times when after school i can have time to go out for movies dinners etc... working life is so much different.. although their were cons too...

- i won be paid these 2 years ( i will be a student but a poor one)

- travelling to Boon Lay sucks as usual

- still be dreading those early classes and ridiculously packed datelines for assignments

-i will be bonded for 2 xtra years on top of my 3 years now ( 5years in total)

And the ultimate truth that All of us are crossing-over, some may not admit it. $$$. but then again... getting a degree is always good... as MOE wants every teacher to be constantly upgrading themselves.. it may be a matter of time

i think i shall leave it all to fate ba since im selected.

for now im just thinking of my HK trip 6th june - 17th june.

my cute lil cousin YOYO... simply too adorable

went to my cousin benjamin's baptism ceremony today after service at e church in kovan ... it's actually my first time attending it... it was quite nice hearing the testimonials and all... wondering when is my turn? for me its not a matter of ready anot... just when? and i realise i have lost track of how many cousins i have... its like so many always popping out new de...

i felt that i had enjoyed myself too much these 2 weeks. haha. seriously. but im glad i really had enough rest and fun ... except for the boring talks in NIE.. but still me n my nie girls had fun skipping the seminars and went lunching everyday everywhere.. haha. but we were so NAUGHTY we actually all skipped school on FRI the last fateful day in NIE. but i really sick man... tummyache and fever... must be the chicken wrap i had at timbre got wad basil noncense... i didnt wan to wwaste it thus finighing the whole plate. This taught me a lesson not to settle for something less...

tmr is back to MeeToh School. but at 12pm? i guess they must have decided to put me in e afternoon session which means i can sleep Later and wake up Later... cool. i hope everything will be as smooth sailing as practicum or even better. No matter what i need to learn to love the school since i will be there for a few years.. yeah~ positive attitude is the key!! but its abit "fei"since sch holidays is coming after this week...

Miss Selfridge private sales + tea

at Paragon. it was a pretty nice & simple affair, and they even invited benefit to give some tips on make ups. gonna get their "that gal" soon. $62 wor! i kinda like benefit!!

out shopping with pigpig almost the whole day in town. our feet r screaming for rest. it was real shopping therapy for me. destress!! although i only got a royce chocolate for my CT. hee but window shopping is GREAT too. how good if every weekend is so relaxing .

today we had a bazzar at expo conference room!! our stall name : BABARELLA. =) we had really ALOT of stuffs and the crowd was abit pathetic...our sales was brisk but quite good compared to the stall beside us. heee but it was fun la. i bought for myself a grey jumper for a freaking $4. can u believe it.

one stupid auntie tried to bargain my leggings which i sell @ $10 for 1, she wanted 3 for $10. really too much... super irritating i told her impossible lor auntie liddat i cant even cover my cost price. some customers really make us wanna ROLL our eyes....

i am SO not used to waking up on a Saturday morning with no Lesson Plans to do!! not that im complaining! =) for the past 8 weeks or so, i had been slogging so hard to finish my markings and lesson plannings and preparing for observations. cant believe i did it.

my 3-8 is still giving me problems now and then but at least they are better behaved and know my expectations for them now. Which is good. Geraldine is gg to take over them when my CT goes on maternity leave next week, omg, i really wish her all the VERY best. i must say its really a challenge, even my CT of many years experience have a tough time handing them.

i really learnt alot of things throughout this period of time.

1. That i have a very fierce side

i used to think that i am a person who does not have a temper. i mean not many things can really make me angry, mayb sometimes i am "bochup" but ya u noe wad i mean. but being in a class of 40 noisy & playful children. it is hard not to feel irritated. last time i used to think why my teachers keep scolding the class, now i understand FULLY how they felt. i started throwing things in class this week which i never thot of doing that before.

2. That i am becoming naggy due to the nature of this job

arghhh... but we all agreed is the truth for every teacher. it's like we have to remind students : to keep quiet, to bring their work, the formula, leave a line.... blah blah blah. to a point that we feel that we cant stand ourselves. now we understand why mothers are also naggy.=p

3. That there is a great disparity in a good class and weak class

we hate to admit it. but we really would prefer a good class. it's like so much things can be done in 2 periods. whereas in a weaker class especially one with discipline problem, you need to like spend 20 minutes or so disciplining them, asking them to behave themselves. its hard not to love children who answers your questions, do their work quietly, respect you, always ready to learn (motivated) and are self-disciplined. Having said that, i guess the satifactory of helping a weak class to learn all these values is genuinely priceless. but it requires super alot of effort to do that.

4. That i am becoming a control-freak

The system is such that teachers need to be in full control to depict successful classroom management. Although we want every student to behave and do exactly what we tell them to do but e question is-- isit beneficial to the students? do we really want to turn them into factory workers? mayb sometimes in the midst of getting things done, we should stop and think that every child is different and would require different ways to help them become a better learner. it's hard though in a class of freaking 40.

5. That teachers bascially have no life.

mayb trainee teachers who are on practicum. its sad. but our lesson plans has become our best friend if not lover.

6. But still, i kinda enjoy what im doing. for now. =)

seeing the students learning something becos of the effort you put in makes up for all the long-sufferings, frustrations & sore-throat.

i really admire my teachers and their decision to be one. you lose alot but you also gain alot (more).

Should i be happy?

I really dunno. Cos the fact that its just a temporary escape as in we will come back FULL load right? just without the stupid lesson planning... + tons of paper work and other commitments. why do teachers need to work so hard and even so u r not necessary guranteed a good grading from what i know.and sometimes students don even appreciate it (we shldnt expect they will cos we will be in deep dissapointment then).

im starting to think that passion is so cheap when you see the reality of what goes on in a bad classroom seriously. who can understand the stress of teachers unless you are one yourself? many think that imposing rules and mayb giving them rewards can solve the problem, they do, but only as effective as you taking panadol. the effect just wears off.

im just glad that by looking at my teaching apt form, im safe. but so what. i think NIE should implement a new course "Stress Management".. even so i don think it helps.

i think i just want to finish serving my bond for now.

ok mayb im abit SLOW (many of my frens already broke down or want to break down). becos i felt so only this week. or mayb its my naughty class, agitating me last 2 periods of today, mayb its now then i start to think back and wonder if all this was really what i wanted to do....

mayb i will get through this period with a new perspective & hope...

mayb someone or some things may change things...

we never know for sure.

i just thank God for giving me the strength and courage to do my best..

and being faithful to me no matter what happens.. =)

OMG... i haven blogged for a frreaakkking long time for REASONS you know why.

PRACTICUM really grilled us upside down, inside out. (dunid to spend $$ dieting ppl, just do practicum, sure lose weight- no time to eat to sleep.LOL.oops no time 2 exercise too but im sure the former will offset the latter)

i have been so busy until i find that this period of time im like really really very hardworking i must say. SUPER.like in all my life, these few weeks seemed to be the most stressful and trying time of my life, yet fruitful to a certain extent.i have nv experienced being so DRAINED n STRETCHED in such a short period of time.ever.

i had both side of the world. cos i had the BEST class and a NAUGHTY/NOISY (sometimes irritating) class. Perhaps this is specially so so that i am able to learn how to take care of different culture of the class. like classical n hiphop music. totally opposites.* and totally driving me nuts at times

i have learnt to see things from the positive side although its really not easy. because sometimes our effort gets unappreciated. its like its obvious we have already done what we could and all our responsibility but just becos it's first observation, they tick acceptable just to make us work EVEN harder. can't they be kinder to us? ='(

I am fortunate to have another CT that is really encouraging and fair to the effort i put in, which happens to be my MAIN CT. =) so i have no complains so long i know i have done my best. yeah. e apt form is just a person point of judgement. let it help you instead of bringing you down.

Ser says that pract pass can liao which is true to a certain extent.

i have not been getting enough SLEEP. but i really cant do anything about it. And i have my spects to cover my panda eyes every single day so its GD. heehee.

D'Kranji Farm Trip

arriving at a place totally quite different from the URBAN area....

situated at ULU PANDAN lim chu kang lies a beautiful & pretty FARM resort.

love the environment, fresh air and the greeneries there. especially hearts their lovely villa. service thumbs up too...

The place isn't very big (they claimed it was 5 soccer field)... but had facilities like spa centre, retail kiosks (selling quite "fei" things), rice/corn plantation (corn wasnt ready yet), seafood restaurant (food is shioky), coffee museum (closed 4 reno super =( ), beer garden t tetc, not bad la for a resort that is set up 6 mths ago..

Nevermind the rice plantation really looks like a pile of "zha cao". got scarecrow!

SOB. my coffee museum"pao dang" le!!

SPA centre. food massage!! they used lime to scrub your feet. didnt know that its possible.. so budget people with cracky feet, get LIMES. or LEMONS.

wait.. isn't that Hay Dairies Goat Farm (DCS module)? beside D'Kranji nia. my life is becoming so FARMY (funny) nowadays!!!!hais. wad to do.

i know i haven been blogging for so long... HAHA. cos new year is just too busying "pua kiao-ing". my hongbao is not worth mentioning but i really enjoyed the gatherings. Its just e perfect season that you have an excuse to relax and just soaked in the joy (of mj-ing/eating junks?)

Anyway, im like super gonna get my engines started. i need to finish my assignments by next week i hope, u all know why!! at least 80% done lar. everything else have to be put on HOLD. meaning im so gonna be GONE.

This week is rather a hectic week for me. Mon microteaching over i felt a sense of relief. really got cny mood after that. hee. which was actually self-deceiving cos all my assignments are piling up and it seems like some of my friends already started doing the test construction assignmentre and upcoming assignments!! stress man.

Chinese New Year is just ard the corner. im so glad my family r all around to have reunion dinner tgth which we didnt had these few years. it is a great time to appreciate the ppl around us. sometimes we are all so busy and caught up with our stuffs tt we simple do not hang ard enough with the ppl we want to.

if you let other's opinions form the bulk of your personality and value, you are destined to lead a miserable life cos i figured out that we can never live up to human's expectations. some wants you to be this, others prefer that. why izit that we cant accept each other more but choose 2 magnify the lacking aspects? why izit sometimes ppl appears all nice n smileys but turns ugly when u r not around.

we can never control what others think or say about us (we don have to anyway). But we can control how we think and say about ourselves. We know our real value and personality so we don have to let their opinions define us.

im determined to live my life , choosing to focus on how i think about myself instead. just like the sayings. =)

So sudden to receive the news that my uncle passed away in a car accident in JB on Sat. Apparently, it happened on Sat but my auntie only informed us on Sunday as everything was still very hectic since its in JB. it's quite a traumatising experience for my auntie.

Went to the funeral today, when i saw my auntie covered with bruises and wounds i really felt sorry that such an unfortunate thing happened to her. Life is so fragile, the people around you, you never know the very next day, they may not be around for u to even say hello to. And when it comes to life and death, we very much have noo control over it.

Perhaps its time we see that the small things that bothers us daily, the incessant complains we have abt things and other people, seems so insignificant compared to the death of our love ones. How long izit before we starts to seriously cherish our life and the relationships we have in our life? What must we go through before we start living life the way its intended to be?

Let's not waste anymore time. Life is so precious. i must really learn to cherish the people around me and not that them for granted.

Life is indeed a gift.
It should also meant to be a gift to the people around us.

Cant believe we are given our individual assignment topic on the first day of school. totally ridic. But this semester only lasts 6 weeks.. what to do? but i dont understand why our dcs assignment have to be included in our attachment which is like so ARGHHHhh. do u think we have time to do a fantastic lesson plan while we r busy with the never ending task in schs? i have been LAZY in blogging eversince i came back. haha. mainly cos i left my card reader in HK and i have been suffering from dark eye circles due to not sleeping well. Perhaps im too used to hiding under thick blankets to beat off the freezing cold weather n drifting to sleep soon after. Or i have been shopping like mad when at the end of the day, im totally exhausted thus able to sleep like a PIG.

Met ser yest @ cp for lunching n we exchanged our PREZZIES. hee. so loving right. we are both happy n sad abt our timetable. sad cos no OFFDAYS as usual. standard lo i don understand y some ppl get off days while some like me.. 4 sem also none got offday. happy cos our timing is all the same though different classes!

Sad to say. hannabi was well way too dissapointing cos i was expecting alot judging from the comments and the website shows the rest too promising le. but they all say different outlets different standards. wad. in this case e one we went to was ordeon towers @ cityhall nearby. a few reasons y it dissapoints

the serving really is bite-size. look at the pathetic cooked salmon.. there r 7 of us althogeter must order 7 lor. the unagi, such a common dish they don serve it the eel itself only comes with sushi or hotplate rice, and even so the serving is more pathetic than the salmon. They don even have the paper hotpot the sukiyaki i always have i thought that is like so common de jap dish. Their soya sauce i think put 100 years to ferment or sth so ultimately SOUR. they only serve green tea the whole rest. oh ya and ice water. how great.

Kushinbo is 10 thousand times better lei. so sad. i noe u wld say this is a buffet ans can order as much as possible but there r penalties for leftover food and how to order more when its not even nice to begin with. arghhhhh.. i learnt something though... buffet its better to get ur ass up and go grab food than to sit there order n wait for the food to arrive *hannabi style (defeats the joy of buffet).

today was at this chinese restaurant celebrating kei's auntie BABY 1st month. haha so kua the private room.. just like what we always see in hk drama series. got majong (i nv win though), tv and food. Overall, quite not bad an experience! i wonder y singaporean nv adopt such a family family culture. they still got lucky draw and prizes SO happening! but i nv got any =(

damn full after that. their dish is not bad de lor. super super FULL. dessert still got custard bun. my next fav thing =)

took a cab home after that. first time took cab there although i have been there several times. SCARY. the metre is 16 hkd ($3.20) at first but it jump 2 hkd ($0.40) every now and then! and super fast somemore the JUMP. arghhh...

i am glad i didnt MJ-ing last night. totally.cos meing cant play last minute. i was super tired. Now i realised a night of GOOD PURE sleep really to revitalise u in more ways then u thought. YEST my head was like throbbing e whole freaking day. im SUPER aright today. =)

As said, me pig n cindy went to ESCAPE to escape from our young adulthood in vain. A few things i have realised we have really changed from being children/teenagers

* we cant stand/ don c the need waiting in the Q and under the scorching sun

* the rides r irritatingly boring (most rides r closed anyway)

* don understd y ppl vomit in that pathetically small pirates ship

* bothered that we were sweating all over

* the haunted house is not @ all scary/ black bcats r scarier

* more interested in taking photos than playing the rides

* wont even step in if not for the free tickets

* won go next tym even if it was free (haha)

Anyway, we did take one ride (superman) cos the Q is the shortest and the haunted house for the same reasons. There were many kids around in escape. makes us look OLD can. i seriously reccomend Escape to close down. they should. i think the archade is more FUN.

Went to meet dan they all after cellgrp awhile at timbre. the freaking taxi driver cant find the place and we were in the cab for 45minutes!! arghh.. angry. The place so crowded but ambience not bad quite gd for chilling if not for the BLASTING music. did abit of catch up but most of them had to leave early and dan had to go meet his frens. diond is sweet she bought chocs frm aussie 4 us. =) wine chocolates!

was stranded at farrer park for awhile. quite pissed. after knowing more things. and for more than one reasons. Thanks for dan sending me home.

clubbing wed was well not bad i guess haha since we get to drink and managed to get into the jam-packed club. exams over so well everyones heading to somewhere to release themselves n that place happened to be ZOUK. really super alot ppl. we were at members area n surprisingly u need not be one to be there haha. pz fren like make us drink drink drink. but since i don like whiskey so i dont drink much. 9 more days to HK shopping-entirely TRIP. Min just got her ticket like finally and we are SET n READY i hope. haha. just that we haven changed our $$$$. The exchange rate now is like super against us the last time i checked a few days ago was 5.06 FREAKING LOW. last time i went hk a few months ago was 5.6 can. arghhhh...

i had a bad DREAM today it was super FUNNY n SCARY. i dreamt that i was given a class full of mean and naughty p5 kids , using handphones, playing psp, making noise and wad nort in my class. Then i suddenly WAKE up (like really sudden) and dowana slp anymore haha morn le wad. SER say its a bad omen. HAHA. omg.

Met cher for dinner at Astons.. my all time favorite western dining place. Cher and i reached only abt 7+ i think we Q more than half an hour for our turn man! u shld see the freaking Q.. terrible lor. But we both agreed that it was worth the wait. where else could u get so affordable western that is yummy. simply so tasty & satisfying!

After Astons, we cab down to Zouk to meet e rest of the girls. Only to discover the Q outside phuture was super freaking ultra long CAN. 9+ only lor. And i saw my NIE frens in the Q too... so happy! haha so teachers also club lei not bad. needless to say.. we cant enter but got the mambo stamp instead. We head to butterfact as mambo was so very empty @ that timing. The music @ butterfact was alright not bad and considered we had free flow drinks which was shiok.

Headed back to mambo again (i kinda like the old school music they played today so fun) with the hope of going in phuture but no chance unless we stayed till 3am which i dreaded cos quite late le. wait tmr i cant wake up lor. so me cher n her two cute & funny frens (vanessa & carmen) left abt 2+am. cabby home.

SUN was cindy's birthday! we went to her chalet @ pasir ris. waited for ry & min to be ready before we took a cabby down. It seems like a Chinese New Year Gathering as we were greeted with two majong tables when we arrived haha. wonder what time they aready started.

Well i felt that the real party actually starts about the time when all e guests left. haha. only me peizi cindy meing & dennis stayed behind. pZ was sleeping way early. haha. cant believe we actually played majong till 7am++. so ridiculous lor . which explains y im sick today. 3-in 1 COMBO (flu+cough+sorethroat). Finally i won like 35 bucks in total (usually is DENNIS! always cheat our $$ haha, guess cindy's curse works) we were so tired by then by we were making so much noise when we r all in bed. all the noncense, singings and senseless chattings and memories of bowen really is crazy man. And the 5 of us had to squeeze 2 pathetic beds. But it was real good FUN we had. i laughed till i no voice lor.

waked up @ 3+4pm to have our "breakfast" at coffeebean. haha. it was damn nice n so sastifying.yummy yummy. my all time favorite EGG BEN and VANILLA LATTE. tastes heavenly la.

But after all these im like SICK today. so SAD. plus the weather really makes us fall sick easily hot n cold hot n cold arggghhhh. need to get more rest to nurse my lerthargic-ness!!

Today seems like a fruitful day cos im totally shagged but i enjoy my day so muchhhh!! =). Due to PRAWNING and meeting up with CHER n NING (finally ar..) intended to meet at 12 noon but end up i also overslept due to the majong session yest at Dennis's house. 3 rounds man. luckily i won 10bucks and dennis spon me cab from our petty cash. Lady luck was shining at my cards/tiles. haha. Sop & bf also overslept dan was early and kevin as usual being a pig sleeping.

It seems like we were having a bad day cos of the heavy downpour. luckily got shelter but freaking pathetic la. dan got the wettest and to add to his misery he was wearing a white shirt! Anyway today was fantastic the catch cos its the MOST no. of prawns caught ... 22!! we were so proud of our catch.. despite the heavy rain. we did not let it dampen our spirits. DAN was so pro he totally know how to handle the hook and grab the prawns *solute.

Although there was no mudering case & flying prawn incident like wed when prawning with ser shiyin & px, this time one of my catch flew up to the roof/shelter, which was FREAKING FUNNY CAN. i keep laughing nonstop and ask dan to salvage e prawn die die also must take down. OMG.

One word "shiokalicious". As there was a seafood restaurant behind we asked them to cook for us our catch (stir fied). it was so nice la. just look at the YUMMY fat JUICY prawns.we gobbled them happily n mercilessly. for we had put in our blood n sweat to catch it (in e rain sumore, power lor).

Im so tired but still i met Ning and Cher for dinner. So happy to see them again. its like i don feel they are away for very long can surprisingly. we have all changed but we are all the same! We ate at cedele @ wheelocks. Not bad i had their grilled chicken sandwhich ning had spagetti, and we finished our meal with a waffles + blueberry cheesecake icecream (SINFUL!!).

Chergy came and met us after that. where else can we go to chill but STARBUCKS. haha. too bad no pics of u chergy. But chergy was too elated to see cher that he straightened his hair for the occasion. proves how much effort he put in. haha. meet up for mj & breakfast-ing soon k. we will make chergy lose till he .... Spend almost the afternoon doing up Cindy's scrapbook for her birthday. was quite satisfied with my efficiency. Intending to make something for the few special ppl in my life. =) so happy. cos i keep on printing (so high) i think my printer ink gonna be gone sOon...

Yesterday was Peizi's birthday at the Minds Cafe boat q. Wah it was so busy and time flies by before we knew it. One funny thing is we were all busy eating and talking that we forgot we need to PLAY games. haha. thats e purpose of minds cafe what. The food was well not too bad at least not lousy. the cake was fantastic from swiss bakery (hazelnut chocolate rum flavour).

Acomapnied pig pig to do her hair at Clover @ far east (#03-12). i still rem the place. She did her perm as usual while i make my hair "zik zik" to volumise it. i totally love it. the hairstylist is one fantastic stylist, i didn't even elaborate much he knew exactly what i wanted lor. n hes a Japanese. coool.

We were quite pissed with the management cos apparently they wanted to charge us an whopping total of $800+ in addition of our deposit $450++. Thats madness. we were told that the no. of guests we have exceeded the initial no. of 25 guests proposed. There was so much confusion. Cos some ppl came awhile den go. some nv eat. some nv play. They counted every soul that appears. They told us they will top up the food for free den end up charging us. Arghhh.. anyway end up they charge us like 600++ after much negotiation. DIAOS.

Sum is estatic. i think holidays r really fabulous. im like enjoying every single day la. HAHA. go ahead and be jealous. cos since i know my upcoming attachment is going to grill me like an idiotic chaotar fish i might as well enjoy my life now to the fullest. hehe. i deserve every min of it alright!! no guilt (k i lied i spend abit more than i shld)

Met up with Sop and Mr Dan joined us shortly for dinner. We had a good chat and catch up cos shes busying with exams and all. conicidentally, sop & dan r gg to HK too (of cos not tgth la). so qiao all the people around me going HK can u believe it? recession?! what is that word again?!

YES. we had jap again. like for the thousandth times.

We saw the subaru challenge at ngee ann city. wah the remaining contestants are worth applauding (suprisingly 3 female 1 male, girl POWER!). 4 days straight man. and one is super heavy rainy day lor. all for a 80K car. how far will you go to win a 80k car? cramp legs, hands, arms, hallucinations, lethargic-ness, sweat, blood, being stared at by curious passerbys.. ... wadeva. it was all worth it for these contestants i guess.

Met pig at town today after my tuition at potong pasir. i need more students lor. =( i wanna earn $$$. but end up i keep spending $$$. its really ridiculous tt i bought a dress and a tee today and watch movie "Tropic Thunder" (super lame lor). im suppose to save for HK trip and yet i am always spending non-stop and eating gd stuffs. This is crazy i must STOPPPP.pls people around me don let me spend $$ can. i wanna shop in HK de. i cant wait man. ok we all CANT.

My whole body is acheing. my tighs. my butt.my arms. and my mind is so tired that i am dazing this whole morning, even during service hahaa. cannot make it. OLD le. luckily i post pone my tuition to tmr if not i sure sleep teacHhh.

Yest was Sugi birthday! At east coast park bbq.. but it feels like a romantic redenvous with ngern ngern. HAHA. we know why. Anyway, near to 3/4 of the people i never see before. We were too pampered and lazy to bbq and end up we didnt eat much of the food. But the ice cream chocolatety cake was yummylicious!

Halloween!~!

We wondered why people bothored to dress up. and why celebrate this occasion. Its like the festival of ghosts!! whats there to celebrate and be glad abt.. little did we know thats its actually quite FUN cos we were HIGH even seeing those nonsence accessories 4 halloween at carefour in PS. haha. spend quite some time there end up have to take cab to cell group. hais as always.

The stupid things we did

The holidays are finally here. And i have a desire to keep fit after e sento trip which i find that im OLD n useless (almost). so this holiday is dedicated to keeping fit. Everything has to start somewhere, so i went to RUN!! haha all the way from bedok to east coast (ok not non-stop). Thks to my personal trainner. who did his part to abuse me verbally to motivate me. saying me slow, lazy & short legs etc.... thk u very much.

Me and Ser stepped out of The Cathay after out sumptous lunch at the Astons. shiokalicious la. to find a big POST IT Board. damn interesting lar. check it out.

Take a closer look at the list, its made up probably near to a thousand post it notes? haha. That group of people is just as amused as us.

Here are some notes passer by wrote on their post it (list not exhaustive). i remembered ok.

I feel so tired & sleepy i hate it when it comes. it makes me feel like i just want to curl in bed and read a book and drink coffee eat chocolates whole day! haha.

Anyway as e term is ending next week, im totally excited. I feel like workinng in Nov leis if possible. Me & Ser had our finale camp as we touch up & finished our DCS project. like finally. Anyway we were both quite nua yest cos stupid DLK made us woke up like so freaking early. im glad its OVER too.

We had our sumptous TOM YAM SOUP. haha. well i wouldnt say its very yummy (e soup) it was too spicy!! but the ingredients was shiok.

Ser said that she felt like we r like roomies staying tgth.haha. i totally agree. so cosy. what is lacking was perhaps a candle and a FAN! we were pespiring profusely due to the spiciness. Ser even stripped! haha. woahh. For some rreasons or other, our fingers felt "burned", perhaps it was the chilli padi or e tom yam soup heat or wadeva.. it was strange lor!!

I kinda start to enjoy cooking. its so fun. the aftermaths werent so CLEANING*. i totally *bow to homemakers, they are really so "wei da" lar.

I was literally shocked when i enter my student's home today.
Even my student understand my coffee addiction. it was that bad. haha. anyway i think its sweet that she prepared the coffee. haha. TEMPTING me lor.

We had our Fun after tutioning for 2 hours. i tell u this HOME is a ZOO in disguise. trust me.

i do not like the feeling of over-needy. its just not me. whenever i cross this line of mine, i feel uneasy. its not like im super independent. if there is a scale with independent and reliance at both end of the scales, i tend to gear towards the independent or would like to be. be it friends or love.

i realised that all people dissapoints u at some point of time. lovers. friends. family. mayb strangers even. it is pointless to blame who, cos at some point we r those "people". We are all imperfect because we are human beings.

And dissapointment anot, it will depends on how high your expectations is of that person.

while waiting for miss late queen at Dover, i was so bored i decided to take some pictures of SP!!haha. my "beloved" Poly. come to think of it, we never really cherish poly days, its like the timetable always sucks. we dread the long walk to business block. the long way home* luckily me & cher were NEL-ing kaki. e long breaks between our lessons and so on so forth. e weird lecturers which most happen to teach marketing courses.e free riders. it can go on & on. most of the time we just look forward to after-sch programs. heee.

well perhaps the most memorable thing was to have known my "Forever" clicks in SP and the frenship forged. i missed the days we we nua at library, eat xiao dong dong and hai xian tang at the biz canteen & gossip abt anything under the sun. i think life were rather stress-free under than projects on hand bah.

its a irony tt we often don cherish our present circumstances and we so take if for granted. hmm perhaps i may miss NIE one day. hee. one thg for sure is i wont miss travelling 2 hours there daily. its tormenting & saddening.

Anyway right we went to watch a korean movie after that called "Love Exposure". it is super lame to the ultimax that a head counts shows 3/8 of the group actually fell asleep throughout the show no joke. me & pz were the only one being high cos we keep on self entertain ourselves cos its really too lame.

it is abt 2 gd frens, one who likes her husband to have affair outside to prove he is still charming (diaos), while another is having an affair with a married husband (but he damn cute). then the whole show is so stupid , abt love, sex, money, frenship etc but also no much plot. its *M18 btw don misunderstood. haha. its claims to be the korean "sex & the city". pls lor. far cry from it.

We went sourcing for my paper steamboat... but we did not find it. sakae had but is i condemn sakae to a certain extent. went to "re ben chun" thought they had it but its a FAKE. so blend ry still say is NICE. haha.disappointed neh... met up with kel ming greg & joel. FRI is greg 21st! wonder where we will be heading to... n i dowana keep spending & spending like no tmr lor.

Met up with my dear ngern ngern aka dajie today. sb suppose to join us but end up he said he was too tired. ngern was thinking otherwise haha. well anyway it gives us opportunity to be romantic together. thks ar. had a nice catch up with her.we so loving even walk all the way back to douby lor.

Anyway didnt had my PAPER hotplate today again haha cos ngern wanted to eat western. so i sad. haa. ate spagetties but well it was satisfying tooooOoo i must say! afterwhich we went to trim our eyebrow at Hollywood Secrets. ngern was well wasting her $ on her already sparse eyebrow still can trim meh? i keep askin her. i hate to trim my eyebrow cos its so painful i rem got once cher trim till got blood haha so er right but i like the neat look after that! happy!

anyway. i wanna have my paper steamboat next week ok. muahaha.

Sum decided to change her livejournal to blogspot cos its so much more FLEXI. hee.

spent an afternoon at pacific coffee doing our assignment and doing up my new blog with ser. Thks to ser i have the nmotivation to do up this sweet blog. hee. we totally enjoy the relaxing & holidaying mood for some reasons. even though we are not done with all the work yet. but it's ok. we sure know how to enjoy ourselves when mugging hard ok.

Pacific coffee is good man. as in they have their own internet connection which is like 10 times better than the SGwireless anyhow disconnect people de. they do not have plugs though BUT we actually figure out a way. every table has a lamp you see. HAHA.

Had e earyl swensens for dinner. as usual e crayfish spagetti was simply satisfying & yummy! john ate the salad buffet which is so-so he claims. don eat that next time. We had a heated discussion on relationships and sporean guys! haaa interesting... we must continue e discussion someday.
